We always do our best to deliver products to you as well packaged as possible and in good condition. If you are unexpectedly dissatisfied with a product, or if a product is broken, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
We will always look for a suitable solution. Don't forget your order number so we can help you faster!

• Items must be returned without signs of use.

If you are owed money, it will be transferred to your account within 30 days.
