Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to sell tobacco via an online shop due to a European directive, the Tobacco Products Directive, which came into effect in July 2023.
Due to all the changes in the law and excise duties, we have decided, to our disappointment, to no longer offer tobacco.
Due to changes in the law and regulations, it is no longer possible to buy cannabis seeds on our website.
Payment and discount code
You can choose from a number of different payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard and Maestro
- Bank transfer (Not yet possible)

You can enter the discount code at checkout. The discount amount is immediately deducted from the total amount.
Delivery and packaging
No, you can't see this from the outside. We pack your order in a neutral box with neutral tape. Our orders are packed and shipped by a fulfillment company. So the sender address cannot be traced back to Grasscompany.com
On the day we ship your order, you will receive an email with a track & trace number. You can use the link in this email to see exactly when Post NL or DHL will deliver your package.
At Grasscompany.com it is only possible to order products that are in stock. If you order before 10:00 PM, your order will be delivered the next day by PostNL or DHL. We always do our best to deliver your order on time. But sometimes this doesn't always work. Always keep an eye on your track and trace information because a delay is often due to the delivery services, unfortunately we have no control over this. If you have not received your order after 3 working days, please contact us via our contact form
Have you not received your order after 3 working days? Please contact us via the contact form and we will handle this as soon as possible.
Was your order damaged upon arrival? Please contact us. We will always ask for a photo of the damaged item. We will take further action based on the photo.
Have you not received your order after 3 days? Then take a good look at your track and trace data. Your order has probably been delayed by the delivery service. If your order has been returned, please contact us.
If you are not at home within the time stated in the track and trace information, your order may be delivered by the carrier to a parcel shop near you. You must then collect the package within 1 week. After 1 week your order will be returned to us.
Is your order on its way back to us? The refund process will then be initiated. This means that you will receive the purchase amount back into your account within 5 working days of receiving your order. If you still want to receive your order, it is best to place an order again. Your order will then be delivered the next day.
Exchanges & Returns
Are you unexpectedly not satisfied with your order? You can return your order within 14 days. You will receive a refund of the purchase amount and any delivery costs paid.*
- Hygiene and consumer products are excluded from returns.
- Items must be returned without signs of use.
- Delivery costs can only be refunded if you return the entire order. This does not apply if you order 2 items and keep 1.
If you want to return an item, we offer you the option to return an order free of charge within 14 days. Please first contact us via the contact form . You can then receive information for a free return shipment in consultation with us.
If you want to cancel your order, this is only possible if the order does not yet have a track and trace code. You can contact us for this via our contact form . Is your order already on its way? Then refuse the package. Your order will then be sent back to us. (note!) There is a difference between refusing a package and not accepting a package. If a package is not accepted, it is possible that the package will be offered to the neighbors. You must then collect the package and return it to us.
